This page explains the limits of what HappyFares can promise. Read it with our Terms of Use.

We are a travel agent, not an airline. HappyFares (Travelogy Online Private Limited) books your ticket with the airline. The airline operates the flight and is responsible for it.

Fares, seats and schedules come from the airlines. We show what the airlines give us, live. Airlines can change a fare, a schedule or an aircraft at any time. We check the fare again before you pay and tell you of changes as soon as we hear of them.

On-time figures and flight information. On-time records, aircraft types and similar details come from the airlines and public sources, and we show their dates. They describe the past, not a promise about your flight.

Meera's read is an estimate. When Meera says whether to book now or wait, it is an estimate from past fare movements, shown as a chance. Fares can move the other way. It is not financial advice.

Answers from our AI assistants. Meera and Radha are in beta. They use AI, in chats and on calls, and can make mistakes. Please check the written itinerary, price and conditions before you authorise a booking or a change, and ask us to resolve any difference first. If you think an assistant got something wrong, tell us and we will look into it. Flight status and on-time information come from airlines and flight data sources and can change at any time; for the latest, check with the airline.

Visa and entry information is guidance. Entry rules are set by each country and change without notice. Check with the embassy or the official government website before you travel. Our Visa Assistance add-on is guidance only. Our e-visa service submits your application for you, directly or through an authorised visa partner. Either way, the decision is always the destination country's, and we cannot promise a visa.

Other websites. Links to airline, government or other websites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites.

The website and app. We work to keep HappyFares available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Not professional advice. Nothing on HappyFares is legal, financial, medical or immigration advice.
