If the fare drops below what you paid, we refund you the real difference after your trip, up to ₹2,500 per booking, credited to your original payment method. You do not have to track anything yourself.
It is a small, one-time fee, typically between ₹199 and ₹499 depending on the route and how volatile its fares are. We show you the exact fee before you pay. The fee is non-refundable and is not adjustable against your ticket price, it simply buys the watching and the refund promise.
You can add Price Drop Protection right on your booking confirmation page the moment you finish booking, or from the email we send you within a few minutes. It can be added within roughly 3 hours of booking, so add it while it is fresh.
We watch your specific flight, meaning the same airline, the same flight number, and the same travel date. The price comparison is on base fare plus tax. We do not track a fuzzy route, so a cheaper fare on a different flight of the same route does not count, because that is not the flight you booked.
We track your flight until 6 hours before departure. After your trip, if we observed the fare drop below what you paid, we send you a "ready to claim" email. You claim it, and we refund the difference to your original payment method. Refunds are the first observed drop, capped at up to ₹2,500 per booking, and typically land 3 to 5 working days after travel.
