Many Indian travellers heading to the Gulf end up using Air Arabia’s Manage section at some point. Here is what the airline’s own pages say.
What do you need to find your Air Arabia booking?
The modify flight page asks for four things: the booking reference (PNR), the contact person’s last name, the departure date, and the route, meaning whether you are travelling to, from or via Sharjah or Abu Dhabi, or to or from Morocco. A passport number is not among the details the page asks for, so do not expect a passport number to retrieve a booking.
If retrieval fails, the page advises using the details exactly as they appear on your itinerary. The last name must be the contact person’s, which may not be the first passenger on the ticket.
What can you change online?
Air Arabia’s Manage section lists these options:
- Modify the flight, subject to your fare rules.
- Add baggage, paying only for the checked weight you need.
- Add seats before the flight.
- Add meals from the Sky Cafe menu before the flight.
- Add travel insurance and airport services such as fast track or a porter.
- Add an AirRewards ID to a booking.

How late can you change a flight, and what does it cost?
The modify flight page gives deadlines by fare:
- Basic: up to 24 hours before departure, and up to 72 hours for flights to or from Morocco.
- Value: the FAQ says up to 24 hours before departure, though the page text also mentions 8 to 24 hours depending on the flexi policy. Your itinerary shows the one that applies.
- Ultimate: up to 8 hours before departure.

- Look at the total, not only the new fare. Any fare difference is charged, and a modification fee may apply on top.

- Keep the old and the new itinerary until the new one is confirmed on screen and in your email.

Air Arabia says some bookings cannot be changed online. Bookings made under a special fare can only be changed through customer support or through the travel agent who made the booking.
